So I’m new to CRK, I’ve bought 3 in the past 2 months. Small Sebenza and 2 Large. Really want to snag an Inkosi, but I was curious what 2019 will bring? Will there be new styles or new inlays? Should I wait? Any info will help. Thanks in advance!

Typically, new announcements will take place at major events like Blade, ECCKS and other gatherings. Also, CRK has a Facebook page that gets talked about here. Since I don't do FB, the only news I hear is what is posted here. The wood inlays are changed out every few years or if the wood is not available anymore. Thuya wood didn't last very long before it was discontinued, I believe it was replaced with Platan wood. Same with the CCG's, they hang around for a little while.

SHOT show will be coming up soon, they usually announce their 2019 graphics during that time. Also possible a wood inlay but we got stripped platan this year so they may not have a change to that lineup in 2019.

One thing I've learned about the CRK line, is that there are already so many great knives available, there's no point chasing what's likely to come.... pick what you like, and if a new one comes down the pike, like Cheetos, they will make more!

Agree. Also, often times some of the kinks get worked out (if any exist) after initial release, batches, what have you. And sometimes you can buy a catch and release from someone and save $50-$70. Don’t rush, there’s no rush.
