2019 Remington Bullet Knives made by Buck available

Looks like that smokey website has both of the new 2019 Remington Bullet knives made by Buck ready for ordering. I know this was mentioned here before as being seen in the Buck store, but little details about the knives were revealed. One in green wood handle (model R50032-B) limited to 2,500 and an ivory micarta handle with sterling silver bullet shield (looks like the description of the bullet shield material contradicts the specs, but the picture shows "STERLING" in the bullet too)(R50033-B) limited to 500. Both appear to come in 420HC steel. I really wish the ivory one had upgraded steel. :(

both are pretty pricey. look good but more than I want to pay for a 532 labeled Remington. thanks for the heads up. was wondering when the 532 would hit the stores.
 
I agree with JB, that's alot of $$$ for a 532... That doesn't have "Buck" on it... I guess the way you can tell Buck made it, besides model, is that the warranty return card has all of Bucks info without mentioning Buck...Weird....
 
Is Buck going to be making the other Remington slippies? Last I heard Bear & Sons was making them after Camillus went away. I don't keep up with this stuff, so bear with me.

I'm going to take a look at the ones pictured/mentioned. Price matters however.

Starting with the 2018 models, Buck is the maker of Remington knives.

Thank you for the info. That is a definite improvement as far as I'm concerned. Once Camillus died, I pretty much stopped looking at Remington branded knives. One of the Remington trappers was one of my standard carry knives for years especially when I went deer hunting.

I think it's the Bullet knives only at the time. It's up to Remington what knives Buck makes for them, I have heard... There is another thread on this subject and if I remember right Jeff Hubbard posted on the subject...
 
I wonder if there will ever be a multi-blade bullet knife again.
I'd be interested in one of those. Single blade? Not so much.
