Some good stuff here.

I'm not typically a Benchmade fan, but I have to admit I like a lot of this new lineup. I badly want the Shootout and the Taggedout and if the weights are correct, doubly so. The Weekender seems like a neat idea, but the price will keep me away. Very happy to see a plain edge Claymore and the Redoubt looks pretty solid. The fixed blades look nice, too, though probably not my thing.

Honestly, it's still early days, but for my money Benchmade is winning the 2022 releases thus far.

I'd like a Weekender if it was in the $80-120 range. It's cool seeing a substantial, modern multi-blade knife.

But MAP is 90% MSRP now(?). $225 is way off for me personally.
Yeah. I looked at it and thought, "Wow, that's a really cool little knife!" then I saw the price and thought, "Wow, the Kershaw Federalist is a really cool little knife!"

Some interesting new models, nothing wrong with them except that whomever does pricing is on drugs.

Also, where did they get CPM D2? That hasn’t been made in years.

The taggedout seems intrigueing, although I'm not sure about the new *out naming convention. I really like tho opening hole (slot?) and the thin blade stock.

I bet flytanium is pretty jazzed about it too lol

The Taggedout is definitely my favorite from the list as well. I love the clip point blade shape and putting it on a Bugout frame is super cool. I'm a fan of the hunter orange color as well. With a thin blade this will be super nice I think. The opening slot is a neat change up too.

Otherwise the rest of the Hunt additions are intriguing to me as well. The Flyway has my interest a bit more than the Raghorn but I'd honestly own both most likely without complaint.

Don't know. Im not a steel snob so if they have some pretty good heat treat or formulation that is supposed to perform well I am fully willing to hear it and entertain it. Though right now I have to admit (though while not a steel snob) one of my first thoughts was "Why should I get a Redoubt in CPM D2 with grivory scales for $180 on your site while the Griptilian in S30V and grivory scales is listed at $130?"

Some cool options and maybe a shootout is in my future if my state gets rid of its stupid auto knife laws with the new administration coming in. I would like to see what these are actually going to go for in terms of MAP and see how the CPM D2 and CPM 154 they are running with works out.

Nothing for me this year. Pricing and designs just don't appeal to me for 2022.

I hope they get to work quick! I like the look of the Taggedout a lot but hate that orange handle. I wouldn't mind waiting for Benchmade to make a CF-Elite version either, I'm sure that's coming down the pipe for that one.

Otherwise all I have to say about the lineup this year is "Meh"

I, on the other hand, LOVE orange scales, and have a rather profound disdain for CF, grey, or black scales.

If the color of expensive replacement scales for an already expensive pocket knife is all we quip about, life is quite alright I would say.

While I still appreciate CF, grey or black I share your sentiment on orange. I'll definitely pick up a Taggedout later this year.

Very, very nice, you are talking my language.

Say, J Jeff of the North , the Buck on the right with the topo scales, is that still available? I want one bad now that I have seen yours.
Unfortunately, no. I got that 110 from a buddy that lives near the factory. Buck sold a few hundred of them a few summers ago as a Web Exclusive. Keep your eye out though. One just sold on the Bay recently.
