Top performing knives from my 2022 purchases ...
Some did well with the factory edge and some did well with a re-grind .
To be a good knife , I am looking at a minimum of a 400 slice fail on the rope .
500 and above is simply excellent .
700 , we are in the range of super steel here .
That Ganzo FH922 in D2 was surprising . ( Very ) ... For a Sub $50 knife to do this ?

This list is not what I like , but rather performance related ! ( Tested ) But I do like many of the knives .
