Lats year it went OK, I think, so maybe there will be some interest this year. (Last year it was the year of the Bunny)

Has the forum knife always been a folder, or have there been fixed blades?

i think generally it has been a slipjoint, a fixed blade would be more prohibitive for our more urban members

That is the best news I could hope to hear for the forum knife. I've certainly appreciated folks stepping up year after year, but Spark handling it really streamlines the process.

I hunt for them but actually harvesting them is a different story . I get lucky on occasion.
