2024 Buck Knives--Call for Leaks and Peeks

Here we are once again, staring at mid-December. By now some of our Buck Forum members have heard rumors and/or have seen the 2024 Buck catalog. What do we know so far, and can we see any catalog pictures?

All I heard earlier in a thread this fall is that the Vantage may be getting some new build-outs. I'm all on-board for that!

What have you heard and seen?

I got excited when there was talk of a new large blade/handle Custom shop knife.
I was hoping for a big handled Bowie knife. The 124 is cool, but I'm still hoping.

I would love to see Magnacit become a steel option across all platforms in the custom shop! I know I would love a 501 with a stag handle covers and a Magnacut blade steel.

or if Buck would just change the blank handle on the 916 to an actual useable handle......

By way of rumors? That another model number (new) in the 500 series will be launched. Something classic, i.e. wood and brass/NS, but thinner. Again, if a rumor is worth anything then there's one.

I would love o see another 500 series model added. That is something to look forward to.

Several years ago there was a rumor that Buck was retooling the machines for the 300 series.

Oh, and a 4-bladed camp knife with a bail. I heard that rumor here.

Come to think of it, I don't have much substance to add to the conversation, but I'm looking forward to seeing next year's catalog come out.

Oh yeah, a monster with like a .250 thick 3V blade.
