No, no, no...NOT 204 questions. Questions about my 204!

Last month I purchased a 204 and had a couple of questions. I was looking at the stones and found that on I had was slightly twisted and had a bulge at one end. Is this normal for these stones? I can't seem to get full contact on the flat sides. Second question is for Sal...Do you have my registration? I still don't have my video.

JJ - The stones sounds off. They should be consistant.

On the video, I would call Angela at Customer service. It seems that there are a number of videos that have not been received. Customer service is relatively caught up so there must be another problem. Ask her about the stone as well.
