20cv. Who Manufactures It?

I'm confused about who manufactures 20cv.

On my Survive GSO 4.1, it is laser engraved as CPM-20cv which would indicate that it is from Crucible Steel. CPM being trademarked by Crucible and CPM standing for Crucible Particle Metallurgy. However their site does not list 20cv.

Then there is Latrobe steel who manufactures Duratech 20cv. Duratech also being trademarked.

So who makes it?

The CPM-20CV is made by Crucible, under their CPM name. It should be compositionally the same as Latrobe's Duratech 20CV but since it wasn't produced for Latrobe they couldn't use that name. Crucible produces particle steels for several companies. Attached is the Crucible product sheet and the analysis for my exact sheets of steel.
