For your information
I thought i would post some pictures of the blades on the 25 VS 21.
sorry for the poor quality...
I will post my observations later...

I like how the blade starts out flush with the handle on the 21 better myself.
I also prefer its jimping, and thinner stock.

Thanks for the comparison pics:thumbup:

Thank You for the comparison pictures, the 25 is definitely different from what I'm used to in a sebenza. I'm still in love with the original sebbie blade profile but really looking forward to getting my hands on a 25.

The 25 is where its at!

The high shallow hollow grind is tough yet can slice like a dream.

And the handles are more comfortable.

After using the 25 for two months it was hard going back to the classic Seb...

Would love to have a 25 to compare, but I gotta' agree (looking at the pic's) about preferring the 21's flush origin from the frame.

Interesting, I am psyched for the 25 but I think prefer the profile and thinner stock of the 21.

All I can say is that if you don't like the 25 blade...you need to hold one.

The jimping is an improvement, and the profile just plain works.

I really can't decide...
They really are both great knives with great ergonomics, heck the umnum is just as good!
All I can say is the 25 gives you more that tank feel, when you open and close that knife it's a very special feeling, very different than the 21 or umnumzaan.
Blade wise I'd say the difference is very minimal, blade feels bigger on the 25 but yet it really isn't bigger...:) Chris reeve magic.
It feels thicker than the 21 and believe it or not it also feels thicker than the umnum, wonder if that is because of the rounded spine...
All and all incredible strong package yet classy in true Chris reeve fashion...:)

Thanks for the pics...guess I didn't realize the difference in thickness of the blade.

Interesting...

Prob will pick one up down the line, but I'm not 'chomping at the bit'...yet ;)
