This was what i had in mind SAR Super Hornet, the last one was 19" oal

Crucible 154 cm
.25X21" OAL with a 13 3/4" blade ( thats maxes out jasons oven )
Random gouge Texture Tiger stripe G-10
Coyote kydex sheath kinda on the break away concept so you can push the knife out and up for a little shorter draw. Simple retention leash that hooks over the trigger.











 
NOW, that's a serious knife or sword? :D

I really like the handle design and trigger grip. It's needed and looks great.

Keith i think thats it for now, it such a chore keeping it straight, plus that maxes out my oven:cool:

I will be lucky if i get 5 of these out per year my goal is 10

Thanks bruce i will do a little search on your past work to make the connection.

Coop i built the box based off of you tutorial ( its a great box ), I had the material so i built it somewhat big enough to large work.

It was still a challenge to get the lighting good

I have always liked your designs. It must be the natural placement of the index finger that prompted me to say that.
 
I checked out your website and didn't see this one available for order, any idea on a price range and when you will be caught up to take an order on one of those?? That is one spectacular piece, I like what is on your site as well!!

This is more than likely the last one of these this year, I am behind as it is and took some time to devote to building the SSH 1 and got it right on #2 it will go on the website after the first of the year.

I can tell you this its fun to build, if i do build another one it will be for me to have some fun:)
