21 vs 31

Maybe a silly question. Will a 31 blade work in a 21 body?

No. The lock interface is machined different.

No detent hole either due to the ceramic ball interface its also in a different location.

Presentation scale could work if you get lucky with the washer fitment. If not the blade would bind or have play.
