HHH Custom Knives, Cotton candy Gyuto. This one is AEB-L Which is quickly becoming my favorite stainless for a kitchen blade. Handles are died and stabilized Box Elder burl.

210mm blade. Western handle. This crazy burl came from Craig Stevens and is some amazing looking stuff.

Features. Rounded spine and choil, Distal taper
