Has any one seen these before? I was at my local Ace hardware and they were selling these flashlights for about $30!

It's called the Nebo Redline:

It has five settings from High to strobe, a crenellated "self defense" bezel, a magnetic base, glowing ring around the head area, and glow in the dark push button switch.

I am not sure of its long term performance (it's made in China, btw), but at this price and because I have been looking for a flashlight with that amount of lumens, seemed like a good deal to me. At 220 lumens, the fact that it's small is another unexpected plus.

Might make a good last minute father's Day present ;)

EDIT: arg! someone's already mentioned it in this thread!

Oh ya, I saw this at ace and picked one up, it's a decent light for the money and I just keep it in my car, but it is definitely not 220 lumens, it comes in handy when I don't have my preon 2 on me.

Not 220 lumens? You might be right, it does not seem that bright, but I have no way to know for sure.

I found one on Amazon recently and liked the look. I really like it and for the money-works like many of the ones double+ the price. Yeh, its not a surefire or some of the nice ones- but It has a lot of options from SOS strobe to various settings- magntc base etc. Really like it thus far- past 5 months or so. No complaints.

I'm using 240 Lumens XR-E Cree White LEDFlashlight Xeccon L14-L.It allows me to select between LED light and laser level function quickly and conveniently. It equipped with toughened ultra-clear glass lens with anti-reflective coating, which is more durable and anti-scratch.
I like it very much!
