I hope that the new B11 turns out to be the chopper everyone hopes it is,but I don't know how anything could chop better than 230 Grains' NMFBM. I was fortunate enough to buy it from him a couple weeks ago and now "230" sleeps beside everynight. I've been fortunate enough to have owned some nice blades--Randalls,Treeman Behring's,Reeves',etc...--but "230" is the sharpest I have ever used. If you look at her wrong ,she'll nick you just out of nastiness. She got the name for obvious reasons and because she's a big, nasty girl. Went to visit some friends who were camping and when we got there they were chopping wood for a fire. They were real proud of their Trailmaster and Cold Steel Kukri and bragged about how they used them to chop the firewood. A big argument started when I laughed at them . It all ended up w/ a $100 bet. "230" never broke a sweat.Afterwards, I washed her off and went and chopped some veggies and sliced tomatoes for a barbeque They both tried to buy her from me,but no way. Seriously though Mike did a great job on this blade. The zero edge is awesome. I'm gonna send him another to sharpen.. And,yeah I know,it doesn't count if you don't have pix,but I was so excited to show her off that I forgot. You can see some great pix of her on Mike's thread ,"Let's Talk Sharp." I think it's on page 2 or 3 of the Forum. You can see what he chopped w/ her. I'm just learning.
