Just last week I was using a small kitchen knife and had the thought that the blade shape and size would be great in INFI. And suddenly, here it is, just a little thicker.

I think that every time I use my Henkels paring knife- the most used knife in our kitchen. My wife and I fight over that knife at dinnertime almost nightly. If I manage to score a Cultellus, she can have the stupid Henkels. That is THE most useful blade profile for most of the cutting that I/ we do.
When the ASH1 went up, I didn't think I could get any more excited about a knife, but here I am. I hope they made a TON of those things, and have a regular run planned, because the Cultellus is going to be AWESOME.
