A perfect afternoon for enjoying a fire on my "back forty".
Fatwood shavings + seasoned ash = quick & easy fire.
My tools du jour.
This old Plumb axe cost me $3 at a local flea market, but is probably my favorite. It just blasts through the big rounds and is still managable when you choke up to the head for splitting the small stuff. The JK Roach Belly is also a favorite for both camp & kitchen.
Nothing more to say... just wanted to share my day. I really enjoy seeing other folk's campfire shots.
Feel free to post yours.
Jeff
