24” thermo foam acquisition

Hello folks,

I figure this would be a good place to ask...

Im looking to acquire some 24” thermo molding foam for kydex but the big names have been sold out for quite a while it appears. I have an 18” blade I want to press some kydex for.

Any leads ?? Is it usually this hard to find ??

Before the foam most people use these days was commonly available, closed-cell sleeping pads sold for camping, cut and layered, were the go-to for many. EVA mats (the puzzle looking pieces used for gym floors) also work, but need a good amount of pressure.

They won't have the same longevity, but you should be able to find either pretty readily.
