Just checked out the pics of a Halo - it's not what he used in that scene... From what I recall, It seems to resemble an LUDT more than a Halo - I'll try and post a screenGrab...

Its a spearpoint benchmade stryker auto, I have the same knife. He also uses it season 4 several times.
