25 piece run for Orvis, Small Sebenza with Tamboti wood inlay

Seems like a bit too much of a price premium imo for an Orvis logo. Now if it was a regular with one-piece inlays like the annuals, that would be a different story.
 
This feels like a forced concept, not a special one. Tamboti is not a premium inlay for Mnandi, and the Orvis name is not what it once was.

It may be special to someone, but personally I'd rather have it for a standard price and without the logo.
 
I don't understand it at ALL. A small 21 w/ plain blade and Tamboti is $425 elsewhere on the web. The only difference seems to be the word "Orvis". $225 for that?
 
The price is surprising. I have one of the Orvis Nyalas, but it was only a little over the price of the standard Nyala. I like the Tamboti, but the price is a big issue. I ordered one for inspection and will see if it can persuade me that it's worth the huge upcharge.
