25 with Micarta Inlays

Does any one know if/when 25 will be dressed in micarta inlays and if the inlays be solid or split?

Haven't heard anything about a micarta 25 at this point. I am definitely hoping for it in the near future though.
 
I heard through the big grape vine that there will be an inlayed version. Maybe a year or so out. ;)

I am holding out on plain 25 in hopes micarta one is just around the corner
 
Lord knows that I hoe if there are oing to be inlays that they make the inlay one whole piece like the annuals and NOT like the 21's.
 
^++ for me too. I'm hoping to see something out about Blade 2013. I'll be there to snag one if Chris and Anne have them.
 
I am in with BBQBOY and netidolweb. I :thumbup: for large inlays and or CF inlays if they are done right! I don't like the micarta inlays much. Just filled out the hand too much for me. For some reason no matter how much I try I keep going back to the plain jane.
 
Im looking forward to micarta inlays too. Hopefully, theyre single pieces. ...cant imsgine how awesome a mammoth with damascus will look!!
 
CRK please present us with single piece inlays on 25 at Blade..pretty please..you should see my puppy eyes:D
 
Last month I emailed CRK about graphics on a 25. I was told: "At this time we do not have a time line for switching everything over (if we decide to) to the 25. I hope that answers your question, but if not let me know. There is a lot that hasn’t been decided yet in regards to the 25." I'm guessing this applies to micarta as well, they're still deciding how things are going to work.
 
Not that this would be indicative of a time frame for a new version of the 25, but does anyone know how long it took for embellished models of the 21 to surface after it was originally released in 2008? This is probably irrelevant but I was curious. Thanks
 
I am sure it will happen, will just take time. I know they are filling tons of orders for just a plain jane 25, so a micarta one or inlay of any kind will be at least a year or so away I would think. I have been laid off from work so had to turn down my pre-order 25, which sucked. But I will get one sooner or later, no rush as my large regular suits me just fine. Heck, maybe by then, they will have inlays.....lol.
