Starting with the 75th year Schrade produced a special edition on their 5 year anniversary. Here is the ones I have collected so far. I know there were a couple of others made like a LB7 for the 75th but these are special editions.
I did not attempt to get any of the 100 year knives with the 100 anniv shield.
I hope the new Canal Knife Co can do something like this in a few years too.

Excellent, Larry. I copied that photo and put it into my Schrade folder. What is the handle on the 100 'little finger'? Smooth bone?

That is a collection anyone would really, really value. Good for you!

Dang nice collection, Larry.

Now don't be alarmed if you come home one day and find all your knives missing. :D

It's just time for someone else to own them...

Very nice stuff, indeed.

Larry,
Have you thought about doing a CD with photos and brief descriptions and data of your collection?
I'd buy one (if it wasn't too expensive).
And, likely all the costs could be written off as "gathering information & data for insurance purposes".

Del, Thanks. I'll leave the CD up to Rich.. Hes got a great one already and his collection is 100 times what I can even think about coming up with.

Glenn Your always welcome at my house. Just down the road a piece for you! Of course I can't say you would be leaving with any of my collection without a fair trade.. Fingers and other body parts count. Oh I don't own them, my kids have dibbs on em all.

Phil, Time for you to bring out those little beauties of yours again for the group to see. I specially like the pearl pic's like LT blew us away with.

Thanks to all for the compliments. Wanted to share what I thought was a neat grouping of some really fine craftsmanship I hadn't seen anyone else do before.

Schrade often as shown in your 75th ann pics made several versions of the same basic edition. There were several reasons for this which really at this point are not pertinent to this study. What it does do is make collecting these pieces quite interesting in that you never know what will turn up. I am attaching some pics of 2 variations of the 80th anniversary model. Notice etching is the same shield is the same. If I remember correctly ( the same wording ). Both of the backsprings are worked the same, however one is handled in real jigged bone ( the other staglon) and has filework on the back of the blade. I also included some pics of the small Schrade Walden case of pearls. LT My pics are not as good as Larrys.
