First post of the day 30,711 - 28 more to go...

I think if the whole BF site doesn't crash, this will be the day. Ended up 10/27 with 30,710. This is getting to be kind of a drag. Wonder who will do it and when? Yawn - in the morning.
 
Then 98K Plinker or Brendan will win the M43. They both guessed Oct 28. Good win fellas, unless noone but me posts today.

You know...it is too bad that the system administrator has made it impossible for formites to post more than 1 message every 60 seconds. I mean... I MIGHT get a new khukri out of this, maybe a Paper Opener, or maybe something really neato.

I wake up and we're already thirty over the top. I'm guessing Ferrous was right that two guys guessed 10/28 before Uncle closed the guessing. Uncle will make the official call. It will go to the first to guess the date I'd guess. I'm not awake enough to go seaching though. Need more coffee to wake up first.

I'll check it out then email Uncle what I think so he can check and make the call. He can make the official announcement.

In the meantime, I'm gonna go brag on the General Knife Discussion forum. After a few more cups of coffee. Congratulations to the winner of the M43.
 
Drat! Having had my second cuppa, I went thru and saw Uncle had named me to make the call. Ok, some more checking and I'll post.
