Some of you may have seen Chris Olofson mentioned in Blade Magazine recently, with the neat article Dex did (June Issue)...

I just wanted to share a little of Chris' work because he hasn't ventured into the mega-pixel domain as yet. I have a number of his Balisongs, but these pictures are the latest.

"Ebony & Ivory".., both 5.25" ATS-34 blades, and really a nice examples of some of the nice custom work going on in the Balisong arena currently.

"Ebony" is a long-clip Bowie, with false edge, and polished Indonesian Ebony split inserts.

"Ivory", is the same size, but with split Elephant Ivory inserts. Very representational examples of the early customs that Bali-Song, USA, and Pacific Cutlery did in the late 70's and early-to-mid 80's with Jody Samson at the wheel. Enjoy.. :)

"Ivory"...is a "Hybrid" profile, in the tradition of the old "Delta Raider" fixed blade by Pacific Cutlery..., gorgeous work!

Arrrrrrrgh :( Working too many hours!

Could a Moderator convert my buffoonery of running all over the David Boye thread and move this as a "New Thread"???

Or ~~> Delete it and I'll take a pill, coffee.., and repost!

Sorry! :(

Nice, Pete! Looks like you figured out how to work that camera. Great pics and great balisongs. :)

Stunning Pete, I'm green with envy! And those pics are looking very nice, thanks for sharing!

That's a couple of real beauties you have there Pete. I especially like Ebony. Its obviously because of my preference for clip points.
