Over the last <15 months since moving from Knifeforums to Bladeforums The HI Archive has accumulated 18243 posts in 12 months, and the open HI Forum has accumulated 2467 posts in 2 1/2 months for a grand total on Bladeforums of about 19,709 posts. Can we reach another 290+ posts by the end of the month?

Before the change to archives we were getting about 1500 posts per month. After the change we dropped to about 1000. I still can't figure out why unless it was the change of address. I don't think I have all my websites updated with the new address yet.

We will get 20,000 before months' end, I'd guess.

Howard, if there is not a book at those 20,000 posts just hang on for six months and see what you can find in 30,000.

OK, Dave got up this morning and looked at the numbers.

+2498 ( BF Active HI Forum posts )

20740 ( Total for active and archived posts.
It should have been obvious last night that 18K plus 2K = 20K plus. As they say, though, the wheel is tuning but the wheel was turning but the hamster was dead.

I apparently need some coffee intravenously this morning, stat.
