29knives sharpness

Hello I've got 29knives bali(recurved modified tanto) recently

it not sharp. when I touch the edge it feels like it is sharp but its not truely sharp

its concave edge. I dont know anything about this

Hows your 29knives bali when you first got it

I tried to get in touch Chris but its very hard

I know this will sound simplistic but have you checked for a burr on the edges ?
