Yesterday a parcel arrived from Mallorca
About half a year ago, I asked Rodrigo from 2Gknives.com to make me a knife, similar to the other that I have (he named this style AFTER ME because I asked him a while ago to make me a knife with a new kind of handle, he didn't offer before) but with a stag crown handle, about 1/4 crown, 3/4 spacers.
Similar to the first knife made by Bo Randall
The blade is 4,3" or 11cm handforged from 52100 a 5mm thick.
I really love the curves in the spine, the honey colored stag and ivory spacer.
It fits perfectly my hand and has enough weight in the blade to do some light chopping, so it will be a perfect, small camp knife.
Execution perfect as usual.
The sheath is made by a sheathmaker from the spanish blade forum called "Carlos".
It's the first of his sheaths that I own and I'm really impressed!
Light honey coloured soft leather, lined with black leather, a really beautyful basket pattern.
