2in folding knife recommendation.

Spyderco Ladybug/Manbug or Cold Steel mini Tuff Lite, if you want locking knives. Lots of options if you're cool with slipjoints.

Cold steel micro recon 1? I have a bigger brother of it and its pretty good but don't have that one so can say much about it

Nate, I'd reco the Spyderco Chicago. It has a 2" blade to comply with crazy laws. It think it is discontinued, but I have found a source...using Google.
They can be difficult to find. Email me if you can't find one. $42 and free shipping.

Kershaw shuffle is a very non threatening , bottle opener/screwdriver that is 2 3/8". Im not sure if you are willing to really "push the envelope", but if you want to take your chances and get stopped by an LEO i would think they would let you slide. If not , I second the Spyderco Chicago- nice for what it is.

2"? That's terrible. I just checked my Kershaw Shuffle specs say 2.4 inch blade but it seems so small. I'd give it to you if it was 2" or less. I paid $16 for it and rarely use it and it has a bottle opener and flathead screwdriver/lanyard hole end. Knife laws are so ridiculous. When I go into Philadelphia *technically* it's mandatory jail time if I'm found with a blade of any length on my person since I wouldn't be using it for work at the time. So you could see me getting handcuffed and jailed for having a 1" SAK blade or something, all the while having a loaded .45 caliber handgun inside my waistband that's perfectly legal since I have a permit for that but god forbid I get my hands on a much deadlier box cutter or something.:grumpy: It would be funny if it wasn't true.

Victorinox Classic SD keyring knife. PM me your address and I'll mail you one for free! 1.5" blade, scissors, toothpick, tweezers. The nail file on this one broke off years ago so it's even lighter in the pocket!

The Kershaw Baby Boa weighs in with a 2.0" blade. Highly regarded.

The SOG Bluto is slightly larger at 2.25" blade. I just ordered one. :)
