My second Black F & F Bullnose Work Knife has arrived with no apparent flaws or abrormalities. Granted, the finish isn't as polished as past Bullnose Work Knives but that is to be expected after reading GEC's release on their new Farm & Field line of knives. The fit is perfect. Solid, tight, no blade wobble, etc..

I'm looking forward to more Farm & Field Tools from GEC, especially, the one with the sheepsfoot primary blade.

Lovely! Glad to hear you got that taken care of. Finish issues are one thing, but fit issues are another. :)

Good information Ed. Thanks!

Thanks Ed! One sodbuster at a time, you increasingly become more able to speak of consistency issues :D

Sweet :)

Totally! So often, people lump them together as one category (F&F); but really, the difference between fit and finish sort of defines what GEC is shooting for with the new economy line.

Thanks for the information, Ed :)

I must agree with Jake. I´m looking forward getting mine and seeing some more variations of the F&F series :)

I'm going to go ahead and lock this thread. Don't want to beat the Farm & Field Bullnose Work Knife into the ground. It's a good, solid, well built, knife - just not as polished as it's previous runs. Will just have to wait and see what future F & F knives from GEC bring.
