That is a great looking knife. But, there is too much file work for my taste. Do you use that backlock mechanism like a flipper?

That is beautiful , I love the blade shape.

Good looking wood too . :thumbup:

The snakewood scales are beautiful as is the file work. I also love the blade. Nice looking folder.

Not sure how the button on the spine works or how you are supposed to use it without pushing down on that during use but would be curious to find out about that.

Thanks for the compliments.

@STR and @T.K.C.
The button ist at the end oft the short hammer that locks the blade.
It works like a normal Backlock or Lockback , only in a midlock version.
Most of makers put it at the end of the handle.

That`s a knife with style and class! :thumbup:

Filework may be a bit too much but it`s perfectly made as is the whole knife, congrats and hats off!!! :cool::thumbup::D

I`m with STR and his question how to avoid pressing the button during normal use!? :confused:

Wolfgang,

In use I don't push it down. I don't know how to explain. I will try.
The button press in the softer skin under my thumb when I hold the knife
in my fist. It is not enough pressure to move it.

I see a nail nick there... no one handed opening I suppose??

Very nice folder tho... the filework might be a tad over the top , very nice overall!
