I am so jealous of people who can make folders.

I am going to have to try it someday.

Nice work!

Wow it looks really great. The filework is excellent. What material are the liners and the backspacer?

Very nice for a second effort. You will get even better with practice. Make a third with stainless or stainless damascus, I hate the way steel rusts in my pocket, and I might even buy it. I like to vote with my wallet. Vote early, vote often.

the liners are 15n20 and the backbar is 1084. as far as a stainless or stainless damascus i can't say that it won't happen but i sure wouldn't hold my breath waiting. I have bought into this whole carbon steel is better thing and can't seem to shake it.

That is a very nice knife. I really like the overall design and that is some very good filework!

I'm impressed. You aren't tellin' a fib, are ya? This is only your second folder!?

Say, I'll miss you this year at the MKA show, as I don't have the time (and enough pieces),
done for both it and the Blade West. Are planning on attending?

Best regards,
Dana

no fibbing guys this is only the second folder that i have made to completion not counting the three sets of liners and four backbars this one took.
