My first GEC was a Tidioute Barlo. I was very impressed with the fit and finish. I've carried it and my impressions of it are still very high. I just received my second GEC a Tidioute Conductor. I am very surprised to be even more impressed with this one than the first. I'm afraid I'm going to become a GEC junky. Just what I don't need more knives to lose my selfcontrol over.

Pics......or it didn't happen! :D
It's always good to see when one of us is happy with a new (or old) knife. The GEC Conductor is one of the knives that gets the best feedbacks here...and it seems that your opinion goes with the bunch :)

Congratulations on that Conductor. I was eyeballing one of those or a white owl as my first GEC, but since I had just bought a peanut, I decided in favor of something else.

Cann't upload pics. If you want to see it pics of it are still on the website I got it from. Google second cut stag tidioute conductor. I wasn't real sure I'd like the second cut stag scales but I really do. both sides are matched nicely and the jigging is done very well. I love my peanut but it is just a hair small for me. That is why I picked the Conductor. I'm really going to have a hard time chooseing between the Barlow and the conductor to carry.

I got a Tidioute barlow a couple of weeks ago and it's all I've carried since. Now I'm thinking about getting another one.

Yup, getting started on GEC knives puts you on a slippery slope ..... but it's a fun ride! Congrats on the Conductor. It's my favorite GEC pattern, although the White Owl is moving up fast. :)

This Conductor has been in my pocket every day since I got it. It came very sharp and I've put a screaming sharp edge on it. Edge holding has been great. The main blade has cut and cut everything in it's path. The Conductor has taken the #1 spot in my pocket. I just love these GEC Tidioute knives I have.
