2nd Gen. Glock 17 with my "Grip Chop Job".

I decided to do my "Grip Chop Job" on a 2nd Gen Glock 17 and take some pictures (since the 17s and 22s that I have done similar work were sold before pics were taken).

This allows the use of Glock 19 15 rd mags (for carry) and 17 mags for spares. Best of both worlds - reliability of the standard 17 with the shorter / concealable grip of the 19.

Man, looks like you wore the Tennifer off the G17 . That must take a while to do...

Mike - this 2nd gen. G17 has 89,000 rounds through it. The tennifer is still on the slide. The black oxide coating is about gone.
