Everyone give a big congrats to I.V. for his winning pick of #2043 which is the closest to the number I picked without guessing over it. By the way I sent the number I picked to Spark at the beginning of the contest and my number was 2075. A number picked by my niece Laura while she was still here visiting her aunt and uncle from WV by the way. Check out the knife Laura and I built together while she was here in another thread.
Anyway, if IV will get back to me with his mailing address I'll ship out the knife I selected for this contest.
This one is another in a long line of Salt models by Spyderco that I redid in a new handle. Note the knife was slightly used when I got it but the overall condition of it is quite good. Guess I was in an aluminum mood this week. This Tazman is a very lightweight (2.6 ounces) durable ready to use folder capable of some serious cutting with this full serrated edge. I got a bit artistic with it also using my small wheel attachment on my grinder and it has excellent grip to extract it being textured and bead blasted. I also made a custom low rider pocket clip for it to make it ride nice and low for the user.
Thanks for visiting my forum guys. Please come again and check back often as I'm sure I'll be doing these contests more down the road here.
If you have ideas for future models start a thread and lets talk about it.
