Assuming they are coming via US Mail, there will be no problem. To seize them, CA authorities would have to open your US Mail. Except in cases of obvious emergency, a package with smoke coming out of it, for example, only a US Postal Inspector may open somebody else's mail and then only with a federal court order. A federal court will only make such an order if there is reason to believe that the contents of the package break postal regulations or federal laws. Balisongs are not federally illegal and are not considered switchblades in interstate commerce (they are considered switchblades by customs rules, but that is a different matter). Mailing balisongs is also not a violation of postal regulations. Send 'em by US mail and you are safe from the pryings of state and local authorities.
On second thought, where is a site with a .do domain? If it's coming in from outside the US, you have a risk of customs seizing the package. Overall, that risk seems to run about 20% (though I've yet to loose one myself).
Maybe it's just me and my very limited exposure to, understanding of, or interest in this thing called "Gothic", but I've not heard it associated with balisongs before. Am I missing something?
