I finished this little 2x48 sander up this week for use in my leather shop. It is essentially a shorter, more compact version of the 2x72 model I use in the knife shop. I used a 1hp 1725 rpm motor with a 6” drive wheel and an 8" rubber contact wheel (just because I had them on hand)
