Just finished this one, as the title says - 3 1/2" blade, brass and fibre spacers and ebony handle on a 2" stub tang.
Any comments good or bad regarding knife or photography are very much appreiciated.
Thank you for looking.
Regards, Ian

I like it. I'm fond of smaller fixed blades and that one looks great. Spacers are nice touch. I say, well done, irbailey.

Too much handle for that little blade; it looks off balanced to me. I also do not care for brass on knives. As a whole it is a beautiful knife.

Hi Ian,

Good looking pieces. You should be proud.

If you have access to a polarizer on your lens, try it. You can draw out the grain more instead of the nice polish.

Outside of that, you are doing just fine. :D

I apologise to you all! The blade is 3" and the handle is 4 1/8".
I know exactly what you're saying regarding handle/blade proportions, but this was ordered as a user, its hard work when you want to put some pressure behind it and that little finger has nowhere to go!
It would have looked better with a handle nearer 3", but I don't believe asthetics should come before function, hence it was made to fit the hand.
Thank you all for your comments.
Regards, Ian
