Hi, I'm looking for 3/16" diameter titanium (or Ti alloy) chain ring bolts, but couldn't find them on USAknifemaker.com, as they only have 3/8" diameter. Does anyone know where to find them? I hear chain ring bolts are popular with bicycles, too, but had no luck finding them on online stores for bikes. Thanks in advance.

actiontec.us used to sell them in the US if I remember. wont be cheap. pretty high end item for real weight weenies.

Not sure if chain ring bolts come that small? They are, if I am right, specifically for mounting chain rings to the crank arm on bicycles, hence the 3/8 Dia being the only size available? I've been a mountain biker for 20+years and I have never heard of "chain ring" bolts that small? Unless there is another use for them, I suspect Ti chain ring bolts MAY be impossible to find?

They'd be used for knife bolts. I've tried Google searching for them but came up empty. It seems like they just don't come in that size unless it's a custom CNC work, but not sure how much that would cost. Thanks for the tips guys.

Isn't that what Strider and Hinderer use for folder pivots? Pretty sure that's what my SnG had anyway.

A lot of "mid-tech" makers make, or have made, hardware.
