Don't feel bad, I can't go either due to a frigging fire that may happen, but never happens so I pull guard duty while Geno rocks around the world. Come on over and will split some pizza and a half gallon of Reeses Icecream. :D
 
Even if I could get there from Australia the cost of getting there would mean no money to spend on sharp toys. Oh well, blade show or sharp toys … I think I'll pick sharp toys.

I just had a great idea. (Well, OK, maybe it's a sh!tty idea but somebody has to think I'm clever ...)

Anyway, the aircraft owners and pilots mob here in Oz chartered an entire 747 to go to Oshkosh, (aircraft equivalent of Blade), so maybe all the knife enthusiasts here could do the same. Charter a plane, we all get on board, drink lots of "refreshments" and arrive at Blade and show these Americans how these things are done. :)

Only one problem: can a small plane fly that far?

I'm not sure how many of us knife nuts there are in Australia. My guess is not too many.
