I'm looking for a knife comparable to a boker VOX F3. I really like it and not sure why. It find its way to my pocket a lot. There are however a few things that bug me about it: Aluminum pivot screw, pocket clip (changed to low carry) and aggressive belly near tip.
I'd like to see what else is out there and can't make it to blade show this year to look.
premium steel also a must.

3.25 = blade length
.19" = blade thickness
8.00" = overall length
CPM-S35VN
5.32oz weight (that could get lighter if possible

Offhand the only company I can think of using 0.19" blade stock on folders that size is Medford. Something like the Praetorian Genesis might be up your alley.

If the 0.19" stock is somewhat negotiable, lots of folks use 0.16" stock. Check out the Pena X-Series Rhino for a nice knife in that zone.

Hinderer XM18 Fatty has .18" thickness. The Fatty Wharnie is 5.57 oz - have to check my Harpoon Tanto, maybe a little heavier. 3.5" blade.

Pre-triway was S35vn. 1/4" pivot running on brass washers if you want .... oh yeah :)

For a number of years, I have liked the CRKT M-18 and the M-21. These are the same blade profile but mounted in slightly different handles. The blade is right in your size window with a semi-spear point over a bit ov utility belly and just a hint of recurve to the edge.

These are not high-end or prestigeous, and not the highest alloy steel (AUS08), but they are usable and affordable. The M-18 is a but more dressy, suitable for wear in polite company, while the M-21 can be had with a rugged aluminum handle. Our son took one of these to Iraq in 2004 and it served him well.

Strider .75 AR meets most of your criteria, comes in s35vn variant to this s90v but a tad heavier than your required weight

Hinderer XM-18 is pretty close on your listed specs;

Blade Length: 3.50″
Handle Length: 4.75″
Overall Length: 8.25″
Blade Thickness: 0.165″
Lockside Thickness: 0.165″
Liner Thickness: 0.050″
Overall Handle Thickness: 0.540″
Handle Material: Black G10
Blade : Stonewash
Weight: 5.6oz
Blade Steel: CPM-S45VN

Throw another vote on the Hinderer XM-18 pile.
These are as tough as a two-dollar steak! 👍

The DPX HEST/F 3.0 is short to your requirements at 3.15" and short to your OAL, but is .19" thick and around 5 oz. The steel varies by model, but includes M390 and Niolox.

TOPS Buck CSAR-T is somewhat close if you can find one.
OAL 8.25"
Blade 3.5"
.18"
154CM It has the Bos HT stamp on it, so you know its better than the avg 154CM which I like. Not a super steel admittedly.
8.6 oz Oooof

Thank you guys. I have a small XM-18, Strider SNG and the DPX heat. I'm just never happy. I'd really like to get a look at some of the Medford stuff before buy. The Search for animal chin will never end...lol
