Little blades = PITA
I was able to finish this knife AFTER making a second set of blades and taking my time with the swedges.
This is my first 2 blade slip joint...almost as much work as making two complete knives but it's all good. A great lesson in patience.
Blades and springs are D2, bolsters/liners/pins and pinned shield is SS, the handle material is 70s Westinghouse ivory paper Micarta(from fitzo's personal stash... THANKS MIKE!). I finished the handle to 2500, Bolsters are fluted and finished to 600 grit brushed finish.
