Depends on what you want in the knife.
Given they are the same thickness and edge angle the FFG will slice a little better, and the Saber will be a little tougher.
I guess my favorite grind is the FFG, but I also like the Saber grind alot. I also like a saber/hollow grind. There's a place and use for them all.
