Does anybody know any 3.5-4 in. blade folding knives that resemble Cold Steel Ti Lite and include the spring assitant ??? (I know that Kershaw is one of the manufacturers specializing in spring assited knives, but that's about it.)

Any comments and/or references are strongly appreciated. :)

I don't know anything in that shape.
I suppose you're in a place where Autos are illegal in the first place.
Kershaw is one that has a spring assist, and I think Boker might....
With the tang jutting out the handle like that you can probably open it just like an assisted one without the spring. Rest your index finger on the "flipper" (when it's close) and push that part in while you use a slight flick of the wrist to open it.

Other than imported stiletto-type switchblades, you're not going to find any "assisted-opening" designs of that type. Kershaw, Meyerco, SOG and Timberline are the only production companies that offer assisted opening folders, but none resemble the Italian stilettos you look for.

What you need to do is put that pocket knife (the ColdSteel Ti Light) in your right front pocket, making sure that you position it all the way back towards the hip. When you want to take the knife out of your pocket, simply pull it up and back so as the flipper/guard catchs on the edge of your pocket a little and the blade will FLY open. It’s similar to the Emerson Wave feature and it’s way faster than any auto/spring assist knife any day. And it’s legal with out question.
