Here is a nice little all purpose pattern designed by T.Bose. Not having any use for the standard long spey blade in a typical trapper, Tony would grind that blade down in whatever trapper he was carrying at the time to get the blade profile he would use. This was how the Wharncliffe Trapper came to be.

This particular knife has 52100 blades and A2 springs etched with ferric chloride, SS liners/bolsters/pinned double bomb shield, and stag handles. This knife is traveling with me to the blade show so if you happen to be there, look me up at the blade show and you can chicken eye and coon finger it. :D

BTW...this is stamped #1...the first of this pattern that I have made.

Thank you for encouragment folks.

ib2v4u - a 2 blade folder is twice as difficult as a single blade...literally.

IG - Thank you for the compliment. I think it's the hot sauce and HT relish that shocks my senses and heightens my attention to detail.;) Gotta be careful with it though because too much of it at once will have the same effect as a frontal labotomy.:D

Great job, Kerry. I will for sure be looking you up at Blade. I've heard from friends here how nice Kerry's knives are so I'm looking forward to owning one. Thanks for making it.

Now I want #2 of this one. Same pattern, same everything, unless I can bang Mike over the head and get #1 after Blade. Considering I am always #2.
Great job Kerry, I know Mike is smiling as I was when I got the pictures of #2 Khnutbuster. But I do know one thing, if both are dropped in the dirt (heaven forbid) I will be able to find mine quicker.:p

Blade color is supernice, stag is great and contrasting colors is fantastic! Using 52100 must have been fun... Beautiful knife!

Kerry
This is absolutely terrific. Just an overall nice package.

Mike - congratulations. You have a beauty!!

sir you have made yourself a fine folder.

I love the 52100 blades , with the FC etch. That warnny blade is Jennifer Love Hewitt sexy !

Well done :)

Man, I just saw this today Kerry. Looks even better than it did last Thursday.....I love it!

I'm glad it looks better now because I was still working on it last Thursday. :D They look bad for a very long time(it seems) and it all comes together in a few short hours, most of the time. ;)

All I know is last night at dinner this was the center of Mikey and my conversation. You could see the lust in his eyes as I cut my 12oz. sirloin with my Hampton backpocket. BTW Mikey thanks for dinner and my offer stands If you don't like it I'll help ya out of it:D
