Just curious, has Busse ever made a knife with a 3/8" thick blade or more ?
Have heard that 5/16" is about the thickest but heard they made a few in 3/8" , true or not ?
Anyone own a Busse with a 3/8" blade and can post a pic of it plus the spine ?
Thanks. ;)

Kind of wondered about that myself.

I have noticed looking at a lot of the pictures what seems like obscenely thick smaller knifes and wonder what purpose they serve.

Is there a specific reason as to have such a thick small knife? Knives in that size range are usually preffered for... you know... cutting stuff???

Because Fat is COOL! :D I mean they need to survive a NUKE - right?

Heavy duty stabbing blades are the only use I can think of to have such a thick spine on such a small blade.

Off Duty .37
Heavy Duty .20
Active Duty .16
