Finished up these 3 Bowies this week, have 3 more in process but likely wont be till next week. Nothing out of the ordinary, just wanted to post some pics for the new owners-

The first is a 10 x 2 Cutting Bowie, its for Buddy S.,

Next is a 11" "Southern" Bowie, going up to Canada,

This one was made to sell, 11.5" blade "Sunrise" Fighter/Bowie, an orphan that needs a loving home but is really tempting me to just stay here! I think im going to re-radius the guard/handle junction, narrow and round it out a bit more.

A group shot,

Those are all just awesome looking blades. But that cutting Bowie is my favorite out of the group. Congrats to the new owner, and thanks for sharing.

Matt you make one of the best looking Bowie's in the game :D

A lovely trio of ticklers.

I bet they were fun to "test". Thet look like they all cut like lasers.

Adam-

thanks all, Adam they cut real well, way better than I can cut, i was a bit worried about the 11.5" Fighter as the edge is thin for such a large blade, but only being .230 thick at the spine it doesnt have the mass and inertia behind the cutting edge on impact.... it held up fine on some pretty damn tough bamboo.

Tommorow I am going to re-radius the handle/guard junction on the micarta Fighter, i think its a tad wide for the ricasso, and is a bit "flat" on the sides, so a nice radius and recountour will completely change to the look and more importantly the feel. Im about positive im going to keep that one for my "back up" for this hunting season.

Thanks Matt,
The Cutter Looks Freakin' Beautiful-I Can't Wait To Play With This One.Roger's Right That Walnut Is Fantastic I'm Glad You Ran Out Of The Ceylon & Talked Me Into The Walnut For Sure Now That I've Seen It.I Like That Micarta Fighter You Posted A Few Days Back Too-It Took a Buttload Of Self Control To Keep from Buying That One Too.
Keep Up The Great Work Bro & Please Ship The Cutter ASAP.
Thanks Again Bro,
Buddy S.:cool::thumbup::thumbup:

Love the lines on the two walnut handled blades, man... gotta get me a daily carry that looks like these from you!

Do you really have to rub it in that you get more done in a week than I do in a year?!?!?!

:p :D :p

VERY SWEEEEET STUFF my friend!!! :)

Well Nick i dont sit there and put the O.C.D. rub on them to 20,000 grit;)

Plus I have the motivating factor of having to sell them to pay bills and EAT. Going full time years ago has given me a whole new respect for the makers that have gone, and stayed full time for many years, aint nothingn about it easy.

Have 3 more Bowies and 1 big Cleaver that all have to be done by the first:D
