Hi Folks! Here are some links to pictures on my web page, of my newly acquired David Boye knives. I won a drawing and was awarded a$300 credit, but I spent about $600 more since I couldn't make up my mind. Here are my choices, what do you think?

All three, as the sun comes out. An 3" etched blade fancy Utility, a 3" plain blade fancy Utility, and a 4" Basic in Cobalt Dendritic Steel. I am waiting for a "pouch" sheath for one of the fancy Utilities, so I'm one sheath short right now.

Detail of the two 3" fancy Utilities. They feature David's regular dendritic steel, Ironwood handles, with Mastodon ivory rings, and brass (or copper) and steel ring spacers. I really like how the "Big Cat" fits on it's blade. Just rIght!

I turned the Cobalt Dendritic Basic so you can see the blade engravings. This particular one has ~CO~ engraved on it, for the element Cobalt, instead of usual word Cobalt. Someone asked David to do that way, but never picked up the knife. It's mine now!!

Here are the two fancy Utilities, by themselves. Very similar, but in person the copper spacer rings on the plain bladed one really make the whole knife look different, and I like the wood on the handle better, too. But I sure like that "Big Cat" blade!

I feel like one _lucky_ guy!!!
