Just finished these up for a customer. I got the blanks cut out from David at Great Lakes Waterjet in his Sharpy design. They are CPM-154, heat treated by Peters' Heat Treat to 59-60 HRC and Kydex by me in a necker design. Sorry for the suck pics, didn't get a chance to see the daylight today.

Here's a better photo. Got them today, one already given away. It was good to be involved in the project. David , thanks for using my suggestion for the Sharpy. I also asked for CPM154 and tempered at 400 F instead of higher.

The only thing I wish I would have done different is only take the grind up a little over half way to the spine. I think it would have looked better.
