Since the sight of very small khukuris seems to get the adrenalin of certain forumites going, I thought I'd share this image of 3 desk-size models:
Top: From the very first batch by HI, an early Shop 2 version that Uncle Bill wasn't too happy with IIRC. Note the integral bolster and lack of chape on scabbard.
Middle: A get-well gift from a generous and thoughtful forumite, showing the current BirGorkha version with brass bolster and chape. (There is a cho, but the scan lost it in shadow and I was too lazy to redo the pic).
Bottom: A kagas katne kothimora that might once have opened regimental correspondence on an officer's desk. Integral bolster; silver buttcap, throat and chape; ivory grip. What appear to be handles for karda and chakma are actually cast silver as part of the scabbard decoration.
Not very effective choppers, but fun to play with.
