Above pic was taken by Dan Koster of this vintage WWII Indian officer's khukuri before selling it to me a couple of years ago. This was also taken before he cleaned up the edge by applying a beautiful convex bevel. The knife has a very rare integral guard and handle slabs of buffalo horn and elephant ivory. Closeup below of handle shows some pitting on horn—ivory is in very good condition.
$345 NOW $295 shipped in conus
HI knife by Master Kami Bura, unused with slight tarnishing on the brass fittings, carved buffalo horn handle. (pic below) $75 SPF to pugs75
Large sirupati (Kobra) by Kumar has been used and has some residue/rust on blade, no pitting, sharp edge—ready to use. Wood handle. (pic below) $75 SPF to stickfred
All three come with leather sheaths, matching karda and chakma. Sirupati sheath shows light use, no major damage. Bura sheath has a slight split at the top/mouth. Vintage WWII sheath shows a lifetime of wear and cracking--knife itself could readily be used as is, but probably would need a new sheath.
Prices include shipping in the continental US. Postal money orders only—not set up for Paypal.
