I’ll admit it, I’m not ashamed… I looked at the first two pictures far too long trying to sort out the difference. The third just brought into focus what an idiot I was!Heavy User:

Lovely ano on the small Sebenza. I anodized the bead on the lanyard of my small, but wouldn’t be brave enough to run the scales. I wish I wrote down the voltage, because it is a nice blurple that blends with the faded thumb stud. The 3 knife combos that I carry most often tend to be modern/traditional/SAK

That said, I was really replying to comment on your lovely vintage De Ville. What a gorgeous strap and not one I would think would work seeing it off of the case, but in seeing them together it is truly striking.
My love of time pieces goes back well beyond “EDC” I have two vintage Omega’s in the collection: A ‘57 SeaMaster in 14kt on croc, and an circa late 60’s/early 70’s thin, tank dress watch in 18kt. It looks as though it was in the De Ville collection but it only features the Omega logo and text on the dial. It a special piece that I give an outing in a partial rotation a couple of times a year.
That is very cool! Love the SeaMaster as well thanks for sharing the additional photos. I couldn’t part with any of my collection, but I can absolutely understand your decision. I am just in the process of deciding what strap I want to put on my SeaMaster Skyfall AT, and late last year added a 300M on rubber. A GMT Master II BLNR and 2007 (wedding anniversary) AirKing make up my rotation. I do believe it, because I bought my ‘57 for $5 at an estate sale and proceeded to put it on a $75 strap. That was back in around 2010, I like smaller watches as well, but the collection ranges from 34mm to 42mm.Thanks! It's actually a Large but I appreciate the compliment, and I wish I had written down the voltage as well because I'd like to replicate it for a matching SAK with Ti scales at some point. It was my first experiment with the higher voltage colors, I wanna say 93.
The DeVille is a birth year ('76) peace for me, and believe it or not I picked it up for $75 back when vintage watches were still cheap (especially smaller ones). I've gotten so much enjoyment out of that thing though. That watch, along with my birth year Seamaster Cosmic 2000 (that I also got a great deal on), are the watches that convinced me to sell off the majority of my modern collection because I realized that the charm of these brought me so much more enjoyment.

Apologies for the OT post, but pics of a 4 knife combo and a 2 knife combo averages out to 3 I reckon![]()

I have a couple around here somewhere. A wood one about 40 years old and a spun aluminum one a few years newer. I am no expert either but my family used to be in the toy business, and I had to be able at least to throw one competently.Sure is! I'm no expert or anything, but I'm a grown kid so I still play with toys. I have a few of them. Here's a couple more (with a 3 knife combo for the sake of the thread)
